White Dead Nettle's therapeutic uses are due to its slight diuretic and expectorant effects. In folk medicine, it is often used to treat white discharge and urinary problems in case of benign prostatic hypertrophy. PREPARATION
Pour one cup of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of herb. Steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain. Drink 2-3 times per day.To relieve respiratory ailments, drink one cup with honey several times per day.
